About Me.

My name is Logan Armstrong and I have two Bachelor of Science Degrees in Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. I am currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for ACME Environmental.

On the marketing side of my position, I oversee all of our marketing efforts as well as implement new marketing strategies on a yearly basis. Some of the responsibilities this includes, but is not limited to, are continuously improving website content and visuals, improving search engine optimization, updating visuals and giveaway items for trade show efforts, and implementing any new marketing strategies to further advance our company in the oil spill response industry. I also implemented and currently manage our LinkedIn page.

The sale side of my role at the company entails the pursuit of new accounts and clients and routine travel nationwide to meet face to face with our valued customers of both products and services.

Also within my role at ACME Environmental is to actively participate within the Spill Control Association of America (SCAA), which our company has been a part of for over a decade. I am currently the Chair of the Communications and Marketing Committee for SCAA and am an active member of the Future Environmental Leaders Committee.

In my experience outside of this role, I also have a good deal of history in television advertisement creation and have been the spokesperson for a local Tulsa business for a number of years. I work closely with their Marketing Director to develop new marketing strategies and content. My long-term goals include the completion of my MBA in a few years, and also to continue to work in positions that continuously pose new challenges and will allow me to use my full potential in the business world; both domestically and internationally. I’ve had experience working in different environments, from office spaces to warehouses and even restaurants and have enjoyed learning new skills from each throughout the years. I am a strong-willed and very persevering person, and I enjoy facing new challenges. I find a way to focus on the ‘big picture’ ideas as well as having an eye for detail. I’m a visibly and auditorily learning individual but learn the best from hands-on experience, and I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people on a frequent basis.
